The Sixth BOSCore Referendum meeting was held on the 2nd of July, 2019. The theme for the meeting was: “Using Technology to Empower BOSCore Ecosystem Security”.
Guest Speakers were Adolfo Gao (the CMO of Beosin) and Keywolf (Partner and Director of Slow Mist).
Adolfo Gao, the CMO of Beosin talked about the Beosin EOS-IDE. The Beosin EOS-IDE is a free Integrated Development Environment for EOS and BOS smart contract developers, allowing them to develop and deploy smart contracts in a browser. It is designed to be simple and easy to use and to help developers build faster and without stress.
The first version of Besosin EOS-IDE was deployed in April this year to support online editing, compiling, deploying, running tests and other functions. It is still under development and would require continued update and improvement to the user interface and user experience.
Beosin is requesting for 950,000 BOS to continue development of the Beosin BOS-IDE.

Keywolf is a Partner and Director of Slow Mist. He talked about their FireWall.X Proposal. Slow Mist is a blockchain security company that provides customers with security auditing and advisement services, defense deployment, blockchain threat intelligence (BTI), bounty-for-vulnerability detection and more. Slow Mist is not a newcomer to the EOS ecosystem, they have been actively contributing and providing services to the ecosystem by creating security audits for exchanges, wallets, and smart contract developers. They have also published several guidelines aimed at providing smart contract security support to the EOS community.
FireWall.X is the world’s first firewall for smart contracts. It is a general smart contract that is going to provide more security for the BOSCore network. Over the past six months, it successfully intercepted more than 130,000 attacks and provided security protection for DApps for a total of 30,000,000 times.
Slow midst has requested 500,000 BOS Tokens to turn FireWall.X on BOSCore into a general on-chain smart contract firewall and improve the security of DApp smart contracts on the BOS chain. The project would require three developers and two operators from SlowMist security team who would build and maintain the firewall.
